⚠️ Stellar eVisa is an independent, private visa assistance service. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to the Government of Vietnam. You may apply directly at evisa.gov.vn without any service fee.
💰 GOVERNMENT VISA FEES (NON-REFUNDABLE)
Single Entry Visa: USD 25 (Non-Refundable)
Multiple Entry Visa: USD 50 (Non-Refundable)
These government fees cannot be refunded under any circumstances, regardless of visa approval or rejection. They are paid directly to evisa.gov.vn, not to Stellar eVisa.
By using this website and our services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. Nature of Service
Stellar eVisa provides visa application assistance only. We help you fill, review, and submit your Vietnam e-visa application to the official government portal. We are not a government agency and do not guarantee visa approval.
2. Service Fees
Our service fees are:
- Standard Package: USD 49 — 3–5 business days processing
- Express Package: USD 79 — 1–2 business days processing
These fees cover application preparation and submission assistance only and are separate from the official government visa fee payable at evisa.gov.vn.
Official Government Visa Fees (Non-Refundable):
- Single Entry Visa: USD 25 (Non-Refundable)
- Multiple Entry Visa: USD 50 (Non-Refundable)
3. No Guarantee of Approval
Visa approval decisions are made solely by the Vietnamese Immigration Department. Stellar eVisa has no influence over or responsibility for approval or rejection decisions. Paying our service fee does not guarantee a visa will be issued.
4. Refund Policy
- Full refund available if the application has NOT yet been submitted to the government.
- No refund once the application has been submitted, regardless of outcome.
- Government visa fees are non-refundable in all circumstances:
- Single Entry: USD 25 (Non-Refundable)
- Multiple Entry: USD 50 (Non-Refundable)
- If an error is made by our team, we will resubmit at no additional charge.
5. Accuracy of Information
You are responsible for providing accurate, complete, and truthful information. Stellar eVisa is not liable for rejections or delays caused by incorrect information provided by you.
6. Processing Times
Processing times (3–5 business days for Standard; 1–2 for Express) are estimates and depend on Vietnamese Immigration authorities. We do not guarantee delivery within these timeframes.
7. Limitation of Liability
Stellar eVisa's total liability to you shall not exceed the service fee you paid. We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or travel-related losses arising from visa delays or rejections.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.
